No pricing changes will be implemented in 2026. Any new pricing changes in the new year will be shared with 60 days notice.
The previous platform (login at www.fetchfindtraining.com) will be discontinued at 11:59pm on Thursday, July 30th.
The new platform will not recognize partially completed courses. Therefore, you (and/or your employees) must finish any courses in progress before migration, or take them again on the new platform. For active users in your account, course completion records from Jan 1st, 2019 through July 30th, 2026 will be available on the new platform.
The system will recognize the learners’ emails from the old platform and identify completed courses attached to those profiles. Your users’ login details will be shared via email from hello@fetchfind.com prior to migration.
For now, your monthly or annual billing will continue charging to the card on file. If you have any follow-up questions on your subscription or payment method, please email hello@fetchfind.com
FetchFind Essentials is temporarily paused, but registration will be reopened in Fall 2026.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Please email hello@fetchfind.com for any cancellation requests.
